The second annual Muk Up Sk Race in memory of Tony Mukavitz has been announced. The event will take place Saturday, March 5th at Big Snow Resort at Blackjack Mountain, in the Shanty Boy Race Corridor. The event benefits local youth ski racing. Registration is $20 and begins at 8:30 am in the Main Lodge. There will be 2 gs courses, with 2 runs per course, taking best time per course, with first-place medals for men and women in USSA age divisions. There will be a raffle for ski passes during the event, with live music starting at 3:30 in the Loggers Lounge. You can pre-register by emailing teamzskiracing@ gmail .com.
