Health officials from both Vilas and Oneida County are recommending that residents get their flu shots soon. Both health departments are hosting flu shot clinics, with Oneida County offering walk-in flu shots from 8:30-4pm Monday through Friday, with extended hours on Tuesday. Vilas County’s clinic will be held starting October 5th at the St. Germain community center from 9-10 am, then at the Boulder Junction community center from 1-2p.
