The Centennial Gogebic County Fair is in the books, with exposition entries judging in all categories being judged throughout the weekend. The Northern Lights Quilting Guild spent time in their booth showing interested quilters new machines as well as doing outreach for the community. The different competitions covered a wide range of skills, from culinary arts to horticulture, creative crafting, photography, fine arts and antiques. The bounty of local gardens was especially evident during this year’s competitions.
