The Gogebic County Sheriff’s Office is reporting extensive storm damage throughout the county. There are power lines and trees down everywhere. It could be hours if not days until power is restored and damage is cleaned up. Residents are advised to remain home if possible. Utility companies and clean up crews from various townships are working to repair powerlines and clean up roadways. Weather is expected to clear up later on today, another round of showers and possible thunderstorms are expected tomorrow.
