The driver of a truck that struck a vehicle while it was stopped on U.S. Hwy 51 while waiting to turn into a private drive has been issued a citation for inattentive driving, with a fine of $195.00. TheLakelandTimes reports Brandon L. Boh,23, of Arbor Vitae was issued the citation earlier this month. Those in the vehicle, Gregory and Audrey Bohn, both 70 of Hazelhurst were killed and another 85-year-old man from Hazelhurst was also injured in the crash near South Blue Lake Road in Hazelhurst. The State Patrol is working on reconstruction of the accident and the investigation into the crash is ongoing.
