The U.P. Health System Regional Blood Center is holding it’s Holiday Blood Drive on Wednesday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Aspirus Ironwood Hospital. Blood supplies tend to drop during the holidays, in part due to decreased donations and increased need. The Upper Peninsula Regional Blood Center depends on community donations to supply 13 hospitals across the Upper Peninsula.
