Copper Peak, the world’s largest artificial ski jump, has launched the “Jump In For Copper Peak” fundraising campaign to renovate the historic structure into a year-round destination for the western U.P. and Northern Wisconsin. The campaign seeks sponsors for innovative plastic landing mats, enabling year-round ski jumping, practices, and global competitions. This renovation is projected to generate almost $15million in the first year and $359 million within five years, transforming the U.P. into an international travel spot. Copper Peak President Bob Jacquart calls it a “game changer,” and FIS Ski Jumping Race Director Sandro Pertile notes it will be the world’s biggest plastic hill and North America’s largest facility, benefiting athletes globally. Contributions support Copper Peak as a cultural landmark, economic driver, and source of regional pride. To donate, visit JumpInForCopperPeak.com.
