A man from Kennan, in Price County is facing charges, including two counts of second-degree reckless homicide, following a fatal crash in August that killed two people. The crash occurred the morning of August 28 at the intersection of State Highways 13 and 111 in the Town of Worcester, south of Phillips, involving a pickup truck and a semi. Two of the three occupants in the pickup died. Lance Walcisak appeared in court last week for his initial appearance and was released on a $5,000 cash bond. No future court dates have been set as of yet.
