A free informational program designed to help families plan for handling the property and belongings of loved ones is scheduled for tomorrow from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at Generations Senior Center in Woodruff. According to the Lakeland Times, topics will include how to divide meaningful family items and various options for estate planning. A presentation on current retirement and estate-planning guidelines will be given by Hougum Law Firm, and Pam Snyder, a retired RN representing the ADRC, will discuss the importance of a health care power of attorney. A bake sale and pie social with fresh-baked goods will follow the program. Space is limited, so attendees are asked to RSVP to Trish at Generations Senior Center.
