High Schoolers Will Have A Few New Requirements for Graduation Next Year

The Ironwood Area Schools Board of Education has approved new graduation requirements for students. TheDailyGlobe reports superintendent Dan Martinson presented the new requirements for a personal finance course and a FAFSA-Free Application for Federal Student Aid earlier in the week. Students must either complete a student aid application if they’re planning to go to college or must have a guardian sign a waiver saying they will not be attending college after graduation. A previous requirement that students must take business or computer courses has been waived.
