The Ashland Area Development Corporation and the Entrepreneur Fund has announced it will hold its inaugural Food Truck Fest on Wednesday on Vaughn Avenue between Main and Third Streets. TheDailyPress reports the Fest is intended to showcase the talents of local food truck vendors, including The Frybread Shack, Superior Taco, Havana’s Superior Cubans, Glizzys, Double D’s Pizza and FatKid Foods. It is hoped the festival will become an annual event. The Food Truck Festival will happen from 11 am to 7 pm on Wednesday.
