A woman from Sanborn has accomplished something that very few people in the world would attempt, and set a world record doing it. TheAshlandDailyPress reports Bridget McCutchen has been certified by the Guiness Book of Records as the youngest person to ride around the worl in a motorcycle. McCutcheon began her adventure with her riding partner Kiva Carmen-Frank in August of 2022 and finished her 24,000 mile trip through 45 countries on four continents. Quite an achievement for someone who had never left the U.S. before and who only had a couple of years experience riding a motorcycle. She credits the help of her riding partner and many folks back home in Ashland with keeping her going through a sometimes arduous journey.
