Members of the commission also approved a lease extension of 99 years between the Historic Ironwood Theatre organization and the city. That extension was given for $1. The commission also heard a report on the work on Hemlock Street, which is almost done except for a final walk through. The city manager thanked the public for their patience during the construction.”
