A man who is a registered sex offender is relocating to another address in Ashland. According to the AshlandDailyPress, Joshua V. Compton is moving from the 700 block of 16th Avenue to the 1900 block of Third Street West. Compton is on conditional parole, and is supervised by local probation officers. He was convicted in 2003, but has violated his probation and parole terms several times in the past. Compton is white, 5’5” tall, brown hair, green eyes and weighs about a 147 pounds. He must follow a very specific set of rules to maintain his parole.
