The Ontonagon Regional Inclusive Community Coalition Park or RICC Park held its grand opening ceremony Saturday during Copper Fest. The park offers a fully accessible facility for families to enjoy. Construction started in 2018, but the park organizer said crews moved quickly and now it is open for anyone who wishes to use it, with plenty of accessible places to sit as well as a little library. Park members will maintain the park and members of the community are encouraged to show their support by making a donation at villageofontonagon.org.
