An ORV Safety Education/Certification Course is being offered this Thursday. In Michigan, ORV operators under 16 riding on public or private land are required to pass an approved ORV Safety course and carry their ORV Certificate at all times when riding. Wisconsin residents, the Certificate from Michigan is applicable. An ORV Safety Certificate is required for all ORV riders in Wisconsin who were born after January 1, 1988 and are at least 12 years of age who operate on public land.
