In a recent interview with 6News, Ironwood Mayor Kim Corcoran outlined some of the plans she and town leaders have for the future. Some of those plans include securing funding for a water treatment plant, road maintainence and repairs after a particulary tough winter. Corcoran also said that housing and making Ironwood attractive to those who might decide to move to the area. She said that besides efforts to keep downtown beautiful, First Fridays bring locals out and of course, there is all of the area’s amazing outdoor attractions. All in all, Corcoran said city leaders continue to strive to help folks “Find Their North” in Ironwood.
