A former Iron Mountain police officer’s sexual harassment and gender discrimination suit continues and the City of Iron Mountain has until Friday to respond to her allegations. TV6 reports former officer Teresa Williams claimed both her former partner Sergeant Garth Budek and Deputy Director Joseph Dumais subjected her to sexual harassment and discrimination during her term of employment. The Iron Mountain City Manager released a statement denying any harassment, discrimination or retaliation by any City employee, and said that an official response to the lawsuit will be filed with the court prior to Friday, the 21st.
