Snowmobile Season Drawing To A Close…
Trail groomers in Hurley have been doing their last grooming runs before closing things down for the season. In a posting on the White Thunder Riders Facebook page, it was noted that snow bridges are holding but the snow base is getting compromised. Snowmobilers in counties with open trails like Iron County will have to get their last of the season riding done by Friday. Also in a posting on the White Thunder Riders Facebook page was a message of congratulations from the Association of Wisconsin Snowmobile Clubs, for being given a “Snowmobile Friendly Community” award along with the Mercer Sno Goers. The award was presented at the AWSC convention this past weekend.
