Gogebic County Sheriff’s report another snowmobile fatality…
A Minnesota woman was killed in a snowmobiling accident at the end of the week. In a press release from the Gogebic County Sheriff’s office, a 911 call was received shortly before 8 pm, reporting an accident. The 26 year old woman was traveling west on Trail #2 when she missed a turn, left the trail and was thrown from the vehicle. The woman’s father and friend performed CPR until EMS arrived, but she died from her injuries. Speed is thought to be a factor and the crash is being investigated.
