Last Friday, The Porcupine Mountains Winter Sports complex opened. The complex is located just inside the entrance of the Porcupine Mountains Wilderness State Park and holds something for everyone, from first timers to experienced outdoor enthusiasts. Incredible views of Lake Superior, a natural terrain park, glades, a triple chair lift, groomed winter trails for cross country skiing, snowshoeing and fat tire biking all part of the facility.
