The Ashland Police Chief is waiting for the toxicology report from Bailey Zuniga’s autopsy to come back with it’s results and then the case will pass to Ashland County’s District Attorney David Meany to determine if an investigation or criminal charges are called for. The DailyPress has reported Zuniga’s body was found in snowbank in late December with no apparrent signs of injury or foul play. According to Police Chief Bill Hagstrom, Zuniga got separated from the group of people he was with and wasn’t dressed for the weather. There is still speculation that alcohol may have been involved.
