No decision has been made regarding the fatal car crash that involved State Senator Janet Bewley. The DailyPress reports Ashland County DA David Meany said his office is still receiving police reports and continues to examine them. Once all reports have been received, Meany says he’ll complete the review process as quickly as possible to determine if any charges should be filed in the June 22nd crash that killed both Alyssa Ortman and Khaleesi Fink, both of Pennysylvania. Fink’s father, Brandon has filed a lawsuit against everyone involved with the accident, alleging negligence in his daughters death and demanding a jury trial.
