The Copper Peak Trails Fest is being held on September 10th and 11th. Climb over 500 vertical feet. There will be a 5-mile trail run and mountain bike races on Saturday, with Kid’s 1 mile, Sport 8 mile, and Expert 17 divisions and new this year, a 3-stage enduro on Sunday. There’ll be cash prizes, including $200 for 1st place finishers. Put on by the Sisu Dirt Crew, benefitting the Gogebic Range Health Foundation.
