This year’s Second Annual Backyard Barbeque Cookoff in Mercer was a big success, with local grillers competing for the best ribs, butt, and brisket. Best Ribs and Pork Butt were won by Arno’s KC, Best Brisket by 3 B’s Barbeque. The People’s Choice award was given to 3 Little Pigs Barbeque. Overall awards were given to Two Smoking Dudes for third place, Emery Mafia Smoken Barrels Barbeque took second and first place was clinched by Arno’s KC.
