The budget for the fiscal years 2022 and 2023 has been approved by the Ironwood Board of Education. According to the Daily Globe, at their regular meeting on Monday, the board passed the budget and also had their first reading of policy updates from the Michigan Association of School Boards and the educational consulting firm Neola. The policy review revealed that the changes were not major, mostly adjusting policies on staff dress and grooming and revising policed on grant funds, spending those grants and funds, including changes to the Education Department Administrative Regulations.
