The Ironwood Planning Commission late last week heard a presentation from Ankur Rungta, a business owner who hopes to open a retail marijuana establishment in Ironwood. According to the Daily Globe, Rungta’s company called QBS Holdings does not yet have a retail marijuana license, nor have they been pre-approved for one. The amended site plan was presented in hopes that the city would amend the ordinance limit for additional establishments. The planning commission decided to table further discussion on the matter until they can further investigate QBS’ request
