NICER (Northern Iron County Engaged Residents) is looking to plan and organize a second capital Improvement project in the community. This will be done similarly to the NICER Community Garden that we constructed last year in Montreal. NICER needs input from residents to set the direction of the next project and to assure that the needs and the vision of the community is met. NICER has put together a few possible projects and the survey will allow residents to express their opinion on those suggested projects and also put for any ideas they might have.
