Mercer Board of Supers Adopts Iron County Animal Regulations

At their meeting last week, the Mercer Board of Supervisors voted down an ordinance that required anyone to keep their dogs tied up and on their own property. According to the Daily Globe, Mercer will now follow Iron County’s animal ordinances, which tracks each incidence of aggressive behavior by pets and has the health department step in after a second complaint is lodged in any case of animal aggression.
