The Ironwood City Commission will be holding a public hearing on June 13th on an amendment to the marijuana establishment ordinance. According to the Daily Globe, the draft amendment included licenses for two more retail marijuana establishments. Its been a year since the commission approved applications for marijuana licenses and at the time, it was agreed a check in was due in a year, to see how the businesses were impacting the city. So far, only one retail establishment has opened and there have been complaints about the amount of traffic the business is receiving.
