Several businesses and cabins in Northeastern Bayfield County were burglarized over the past month. There have also been a few break-ins reported around Lake Owen near Drummond. An investigation by the Bayfield County Sheriff’s office said they’ve asked property owners to keep an eye out for suspicious activity. They also ask that anyone having trail cams or video surveillance at their properties to review and share anything with their office that might be out of the ordinary. And if any suspicious vehicles are seen, the Sheriff asks that you take a photo or write down the license plate number and call their office.
