The Portage Health Foundation announced it is accepting proposals for small grants. The request for proposals is open to any 501 C or 3 organization or local unit of government located in Ontonagon, Baraga, Houghton or Keweenaw county. The maximum grant award is $3,000 and aim to support projects that will have an impact on community health and wellness while addressing the systemic health needs and risk factors of the broader community.
