Hurley Working on Plans for Spring Cleanup

The Hurley Chief of Police has requested approval for a planned Spring cleanup. According to the Daily Globe, the Chief has asked the city’s Police, Fire and License Committee to approve plans to take the request to the city’s finance committee. Colassaco has obtained an estimate from the local waste management company for a couple of dumpsters and that most communities only use two dumpsters which would cost the city about $1,500. With the approval of the Police, Fire and License Committee, Chief Colassco can now present his request to the finance committee at their meeting today.
