At their regular monthly meeting, the Bessemer Area School Board on Monday evening announced that senior graduation has been set for May 27, the Friday before Memorial Day. According to the Daily Globe, the students were polled and said they’d like to hold an indoor ceremony so the weather is not a worry and with area numbers being lower, neither is COVID-19. The graduation ceremony is scheduled for 7:30 in the evening.
