GCC Employees to Assist With Completion of Special Projects

After a decision was made to invest in the development of current staff at Gogebic Community College, several employees of GCC are being tasked with assisting on upper management projects. The Daily Globe reports that president George McNulty asked the college board for assistance, and initially it was suggested that Tim Kolesar step down from the board to become the temporary special projects manager, but it was then pointed out that feedback from staff was that there were several who were interested in an opportunity to take over projects and many have been assigned. The projects are expected to take 10-12 hours to complete.
