The countdown is on to the 13th Annual SISU Ski Fest, coming this Saturday. The course begins at ABR Trails and ends in Ironwood’s newest park, the Downtown City Square. Racing includes the signature 30K, 15K and 5K Fun Ski. SISU is a Finnish cultural concept that cultivates a hidden reserve for when the going gets tough and the event honors Ironwood’s Finnish heritage. The day also includes the SISU Expo, which will be held at the Ironwood Memorial Building, along with event registration and bib pickup Friday night and again on Race Day with vendors and food service.
