The board of Gogebic Community College has approved funding for a biology Zoom room. During its regular meeting at the beginning of the week, Director of Information Technology Steve Spets said the addition of a Zoom room will make for a tested, common platform will already be in place on campus. The cost of the room will be just over $37,000. and is being funded by the Higher Education Emergency Relief Fund. GCC President George McNulty says the new Zoom room will update the area of the college it exists in and will create an atmosphere that will enable the college and students to be more successful in the future.
