Hurley’s Festival Italiano sponsored by the Hurley Chamber of Commerce on Saturday filled the town with activity and crowds as people celebrated the return of the annual event after being cancelled last year. Great weather made shopping and enjoying the endless variety of traditional Italian food just that much more pleasant. Folks sat at picnic tables scattered along the street catching up and kids with painted faces played. Lots of vendors were there, offering everything from handmade jewelry to homemade preserves. A three on three basketball tournament as well as a bean bag tournament and live music filled out the event.
