The Gogebic Miner’s girls softball team will have a new home next year. The Bessemer Township board voted unanimously to allow the school district to use the Ramsay Field Ballpark for all their home games starting Spring of 2022, after some much needed repairs to the concession stand, bleachers and dugout are made and the field is cleared of some overgrowth. The township had been searching for a use for the ballpark, which is the perfect size and configuration for girls softball.
