Ironwood may soon be able to take temporary occupancy of the Pat O’Donnell Civc Center, according to reports given at the last City Commission meeting. Although there is still a final list of items to be completed, the city may be able to move in, in early July. The city will need a temporary certificate of occupancy from the insurance company that covers the building. The board is also waiting on a determination of what portions of the arena floor painting will be paid for by the insurance company and by the civic center.
