Wisconsin Man Faces Life in Prison

A Wisconsin man has been found guilty of assault with intent to murder, following a three day trial in Gogebic County. Benjamin Bozile of Gillette Wisconsin, was found guilty of stabbing and cutting the throat of a man in September of 2020. Bozile fled the scene and was arrested by a Wisconsin state trooper and was extradited to Gogebic County to stand trial. Testimony from local officers and a doctor testified that the victim would have surely died if he had not been located and first aid adminstered by those who found him. Bozile is scheduled for sentencing July 20th and is facing up to life in prison.
