DOWNTOWN IRONWOOD DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY MEETS ON ONGOING PROJECTS
The Downtown Ironwood Development Authority met recently to discuss some ongoing projects and well as some pandemic grant related opportunities and summer planning. Director of Community Development for the city said the downtown historical sign committee will meet before the May DIDA meeting. The committee is tasked with working on finding a balance between the different types of signage downtown. Bergman also said the US Small Business Administration has not said when they will be accepting applications for the Restaurant Revitalization grants, but that as soon as the information is available, the committee will notify Iron businesses.
