The Sheriff’s Office wants Wakefield residents to know that areas of town may still be without water service. City of Wakefield public works staff have been working to restore service. The City is aware that the water pressure issue is impacting the entire community. It is believed the issue was created by a communication error between the Pump Station and Tank Hill. City Staff is running two water pumps to fill Tank Hill to its normal operating depth, and restore water pressure.
